I had a fantastic experience at this park! It was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. With an amazing location close to all the attractions and friendly staff, I couldn't have asked for more. The shower facilities were excellent, but a small improvement could enhance the experience even further. Overall, the value for money is impressive, and I would definitely stop here again next time.

We had some highs and lows during our stay. The cabin we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the creek that added to the experience. However, the check-in process was a bit inconvenient, and parking away from the cabin made unpacking difficult. Additionally, some maintenance issues affected our comfort, including broken appliances and an unfortunate encounter with mold. Overall, it's a decent spot for the price, but improvements are needed for a better experience.
Rooms

The cabin was large and clean, with a spacious veranda overlooking the creek, but some maintenance issues, like mold, detracted from our experience.
Service

Service was decent, but there were some communication issues, especially regarding parking and maintenance responses.

I had a wonderful experience at this park hotel while passing through on a trip from Central Coast NSW to Adelaide. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby natural attractions, and the facilities were well-kept. The staff were accommodating and friendly, making the stay enjoyable. However, the campsite conditions could be improved, as I encountered some issues with muddy grounds during my visit.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. On one hand, the cabin was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. However, there were several issues with the amenities, such as the condition of the cabin and limited access during the night, which made things less convenient for us. Overall, while I appreciated the staff's efforts, it didn't quite meet my expectations for the price we paid.
Rooms
7.0
The cabin was clean and spacious, but the tight layout in the bedroom left little room to move around, and the fridge had a missing drawer and water at the bottom.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were some misunderstandings regarding our cabin key that caused a bit of frustration.
Location

The location is fantastic, right near the beach and all the restaurants, making it really convenient for everything.
Dining

While the laundry facilities were good, the overall condition of the park's amenities, like the campsite being overgrown, was disappointing.

The caravan park's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the beach and near numerous cafes. However, it felt quite overcrowded during our stay, which led to a noisy environment. The amenities were nice, but cleaning could be more frequent during busy times. While the camp kitchen is a great feature, it's not very accessible for those with mobility issues.
Rooms
5.0
The campsites were too close together, and we could hear everything from the neighbors, which wasn't ideal.
Service

I encountered an aggressive manager who made our experience unpleasant; this was really disappointing.

Being right on the beach and close to the scenic end of the Great Ocean Road was a big plus.

Amenities were nice, but cleaning needs to be more frequent. The camp kitchen was good but accessible via a steep flight of stairs.
